    • Faculty - Culinary Arts - Dual Enrollment (Tenure-Track) in Memphis

      This is a full-time, tenure-track, 9-month term faculty appointment reporting to the Department Chair. The instructor/assistant professor is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities for Culinary Arts courses within the Hospitality Management program. The instructor/assistant professor is responsible for performing assigned duties during the day, evening, or weekend on any Southwest Tennessee Community College campus as assigned. At a minimum, the related activities include instruction, instructional counseling, academic advising, serving on various committees, participating in local, state, regional, and national professional activities and organizations. This position will primarily be responsible for instruction for dual-enrollment culinary arts courses offered at various high schools across Shelby County. As such, the position will require daily travel across Shelby County to each high school location. An instructor/assistant professor performs all other duties as directed by the Department Chair, Dean of Business and Technologies, or the President or designee.
