Job Summary

Do you enjoy helping young people discover their potential and take their first steps toward a rewarding career? The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Knoxville is seeking a full-time Dual Enrollment Counselor / Recruiter to join our Student Services team at the Main Campus.

The primary focus of this role is guiding dual enrollment students through the admissions process and on to matriculation after they graduate from high school. Your largest responsibility is application processing—assisting students with the college admissions and Tennessee Dual Enrollment Grant applications, and ensuring all admissions requirements are received, verified, and processed correctly in the Banner student information system. You will also help students explore careers and choose programs leading to high-skill, high-wage, high-demand occupations, and assist with recruitment activities such as signing day and high school tours. Reporting to the Coordinator of Student Services, you will help expand access, grow enrollment, and increase college completion across East Tennessee.

This full-time staff position includes regular travel within the College service area and a flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend hours for recruitment events. It offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive State of Tennessee benefits package.
