  • Academic Advisor in Memphis

    This is a full-time, fiscal year permanent position within the Department of Advising and Counseling. The Academic Advisor will provide academic guidance and advisement to students on policies, procedures, and program requirements to fulfill a certificate or degree program and assists students in selecting educational and career goals. This position requires a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Additional hours may be required. Some travel may be required between campus locations.

  • Student Services Coordinator in Dickson

    The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all aspects of the department at the Dickson campus including, but not limited to: financial aid, student records, student counseling, job placement, admissions and recruiting. The Student Services Coordinator directly supervises the Assistant Student Services Coordinator and members of the department at the Dickson Campus and the South Campus including approving leave requests and conducting performance evaluations. Travel to all campus locations will be required on a regular basis. This full-time position reports to the Vice President of Academics and Compliance and is based at the Dickson Campus. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This is not a remote work position.
