    Director of K12 Partnerships and Teaching Centers in Morristown

    The overall purpose of this job is to provide upper level administrative support and leadership to the Division of High School Programs specifically providing leadership for early post-secondary opportunities (EPSO’s) and K12 outreach for service area high schools providing guidance for the college’s dual enrollment program. This position will require the ability to manage a fast-pace/high volume work environment while ensuring the highest quality work. This job will also provide stewardship for all WSCC teaching site locations and centers including recruitment of students to sites/centers; provide leadership and assistance with admissions, registration, career planning, testing, retention services, student discipline issues as needed, and supervision of non-faculty staff at each teaching site and center; promote growth and leadership of WSCC’s credit and non-credit programs for area specific diverse and underrepresented populations and course offerings at our K12 service area schools/districts and all WSCC site and center locations through relationships and interaction with local city and county officials, local chambers of commerce, boards of education, and business and industry.
