      Director of Policy Research in Nashville

      The Director of Policy Research will lead the TBR Policy Lab’s project portfolio. The Director will coordinate research projects by developing research designs, leading data collection and analysis, and using research findings to make recommendations to improve student outcomes at TBR colleges. Additionally, the Director will manage project planning and coordinate the work of internal and external partners affiliated with the TBR Policy Lab.       The Computer Information Technology Associate Instructor at the Northwest Correctional Complex is responsible for instructing rehabilitation and correctional students in vocational training to prepare them to re- enter the job market in the Computer Information Technology industry. This position provides theory and hands-on skills instruction to students in areas including, but not limited to troubleshooting, system architecture and protocols, software applications, programming, hardware assembly and repair, backup strategies, networking and configuring computers and related peripheral devices.
