Serves as the chief administrator for Motlow’s library system, which includes four campus libraries, two XR Labs, and Testing Services across all campuses. The Dean provides leadership for library and testing operations by collaborating with library staff, faculty, staff, administration, and the broader library community. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, reporting, supervision, and evaluation of services delivered both on-site and through distance education, while advancing initiatives in emerging technologies, digital collections and preservation, information literacy, resource sharing, and effective space utilization, and guiding the implementation of the libraries’ core services and long-term strategic goals.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Services, the Director serves as the institution’s chief admissions strategist and operational leader, responsible for shaping, executing, and continuously improving comprehensive admissions and recruitment strategies that advance enrollment growth, student access, and student success. The Director of Admissions leads a multi-campus admissions operation, including recruitment, application processing, One-Stop services, dual enrollment, and international admissions. The Director ensures a seamless, equitable, and high-quality experience for prospective students from inquiry through enrollment while maintaining compliance with all institutional, state, and federal requirements.

The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for the full-time position of Associate Instructor in the new Surgical Technology program at the Dickson Campus. This is a grant-funded position. The Surgical Technology Associate Instructor is responsible for on-campus teaching of theory and skills to prepare students to become surgical technologists. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Class hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Anticipated start date for the position is May 1. This is not a remote work position.
