    • Director, Student Success Center in Nashville

      The Director provides strategic vision and direction for student success initiatives across the institution. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Student Success Center, which is designed to provide holistic services from pre-enrollment to completion with a primary goal of increasing graduation rates. The Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to increase graduation rates, ensure program effectiveness, and foster key partnerships that enhance student success.

      The Artificial Intelligence Director will provide leadership for COMPASS, a four-year initiative funded through the U.S. Department of Education’s FIPSE Special Projects program. The Director is responsible for overseeing the establishment and operation of the AI Division and for coordinating all project activities, including governance development, faculty and staff engagement, pilot projects, evaluation, reporting, and sustainability planning. This position serves as the primary institutional and federal point of contact for the grant and ensures alignment with Columbia State’s mission, policies, and institutional priorities.
