Brief Job Overview/Summary Under the direction of the Supervisor of Building Repairs or other supervisory officer, in a large state department, institution, or agency, supervises employees engaged in the repair, maintenance, minor construction, adjustment of mechanical installations and equipment, and maintenance of grounds; does other related work. |

Required Qualifications: • Two (2) years of supervisory experience in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds which shall have included the preparation of cost estimates and workable shop drawings. |
Preferred Qualifications: • Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position. |
