Brief Job Overview/Summary Stockton University is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and forward thinking Director of Strategic Enrollment Management Operations/Technology to support the implementation, management, and optimization of centralized strategic enrollment management operations and technology systems, including the University’s strategic enrollment management Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, to support outreach, recruitment, undergraduate and graduate admissions, and financial aid and scholarships. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless data integration, process automation, and reporting to enhance the university’s strategic enrollment management efforts. The Director will lead/supervise a team of dedicated and specialized operations staff members. The position reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management. This position will have a seat at key enrollment and technology leadership tables and support for Professional Development opportunities such as conferences, certification, and leadership programs. The Director will have the opportunity to explore Next-Gen CRM/AI/Analytic frameworks with the flexibility to innovate. |
