The Admissions Assistant serves as the first point of contact for the JD Admissions Office, welcoming visitors and supporting daily operations. This part-time, in-person role includes front desk coverage, administrative support, and assistance with admissions events and communications. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role is scheduled for 18–25 hours per week, within the Admissions Office hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Availability on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM is required.
