    • Coordinator of Student Involvement for Student Funding Board in various locations

      The Coordinator for Student Funding Board (SFB) has a dual responsibility providing support and training to Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) accessing SFB funds, oversight of the SFB guidelines and processes, as well as assisting students with navigating university policies, procedures and guidelines including but not limited to event, risk and fiscal management. This position is responsible for processing SFB‑approved purchases for RSOs, performing regular account reconciliations, and serving as the primary point of contact for fiscal communications with RSOs. The role also provides operational and administrative support for various programs and functions within the unit.

Serving as the bridge between the Director of Finance and Operations and administrative staff, this role ensures that office operations, knowledge systems, engagement efforts, and special initiatives are executed effectively and in alignment with departmental goals.
