e Service Desk Technician's role is to ensure proper technology services so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain service level expectations. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as requiring that the individual give in-person, hands-on help.

Coordinator, Athletic Operations in Arnold/Main Campus
The Coordinator, Athletics is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and repairs of all athletic facilities and equipment, to include the storage, distribution, and inventory of Athletic equipment. The Coordinator manages game day operations and staff, manages the facilities calendar for practices and games as well as the hiring and supervision of Federal Work Study students, Athletic temporary employees and game day staff.

The Correctional & Continuing Education, Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3) Instructor, is a member of the program team dedicated providing instruction to students that are enrolled in the STEP program at Ordnance Road Correctional Center. The instructor will be responsible for: the delivery of continuing education instruction face-to-face, attending instructor team meetings; and maintaining student records and posting grades. Hours will be 7:30a-11:30a Monday through Friday, in-person at Ordnance Road Correctional Center.

Director, Analytics and Data Integrity in Arnold/Main Campus
The Director of Analytics and Data Integrity will implement and manage operations related to data engineering and visualization to inform decision-makers of student success, institutional operations, goals, and outcomes. Chairing the Data Integrity Group (DIG) and Instructional Coordinator (IC) Data Group, the Director works with stakeholders to create and maintain operational definitions and guidelines for institutional data use across the College to ensure data integrity and improve data quality and stewardship.
