Title: CFRE Student Research Technician

VP Area: Academic Affairs

Department: Center for Freshwater Research and Education

Published Salary Range: $13-$15/hr

Job Summary/Basic Function:

Execute field work and lab sample processing for various research projects in fisheries and aquatic sciences including macroinvertebrate samples, larval fish samples, algal samples, and fish collection.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing a relevant degree (B.S. Fisheries and Wildlife, B.S. Conservation Biology).

Physical Demands:

Must be able to set at a microscope for extended periods of time, lift >25 lbs, and drive 4WD vehicles.
