Title: Student Labor Academic Computing 2025 Summer

Published Salary Range: $13.00 per hour

Job Summary/Basic Function:

Assist our I.T. team with the troubleshooting and repair of campus computers, network, and technical systems over the phone as well as in person. Assist with the deployment and decommissioning of campus technology. Answer basic questions about the university.

Assist with long term summer projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Some experience with PC computing, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Windows 10. The ability to look up answers on the internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PC hardware, installation of hardware components, Windows 10 troubleshooting techniques. Apple OS experience is a plus. Customer service experience will be a big help.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
