Reference/Access Services Librarian in Elon - Greensboro Campus
The Elon University School of Law Library is located in Greensboro, NC. The Law Library attempts to fully meet the educational and research needs of the Elon Law community, including students, staff, faculty, and adjuncts. The Law Library also serves as a source of legal information for the Elon Law alumni base, practicing attorneys in Greensboro, and provides limited services to the general public. The Reference/Access Services Librarian – Law position is part of the law library staff of seven (7) positions. Key responsibilities of this position include supervision of the Access Services department and providing reference and legal research instruction. As the head of the Access Services department, this position plans, organizes, and directs Access Services activities including opening/closing the library, setting library hours (in consultation with the library director), circulation of library materials, managing course reserves, overseeing inter-library loans, and stack maintenance. This librarian will manage a full-time staff member, the Circulation Paraprofessional. They will also hire, supervise, train (along with the Circulation Paraprofessional), and schedule shifts for student workers. In addition, this position determines both the circulation and reference schedules, assigning in-person desk shifts as well as virtual reference shifts. The role will also maintain and share shift calendars for both departments with staff and student workers. They will be responsible for collecting and maintaining statistics for both service points. This role manages all social media accounts for the library. They will serve on the library's Student Engagement Committee to support student experience initiatives in the library. A large portion of the role requires co-teaching (and occasional individual teaching) in the library instructional program along with three other professional librarians, including the library director. This group creates and updates all library instructional materials. They also serve as reference liaisons to our faculty.

The Division of Student Life provides premier student-centered services, programs, and experiences that integrate in- and out-of-class learning, promote holistic student development, and facilitate student engagement in a vibrant, supportive residential community. Within the Division of Student Life, this position reports to the Dean of Student Health and Well-Being, with a secondary reporting relationship to the Director of HealthEU Initiatives in the Division of Academic Affairs. The Slattery Center Operations Manager provides visionary and instrumental leadership for a comprehensive, integrated approach to wellness and well-being. Opening in Fall 2026, the Slattery Center will support campus well-being and is a cornerstone project of Elon's Boldly Elon Strategic Plan. The HealthEU Initiative focuses university resources on six dimensions of well-being: community, emotional, financial, physical, purpose, and social. The three-story Slattery Center will bring together classrooms and labs, student-faculty research spaces, wellness and fitness facilities, and campus services to create an integrated hub for learning, engagement, and support. The Slattery Center includes a state-of-the-art aquatics center and a climbing/bouldering wall. The Slattery Center Operations Manager oversees daily facility operations, building systems, risk management, security, vendor relationships, space utilization, event coordination, and operational planning. The position serves as the primary liaison between Slattery Center departments, Facilities Management, Campus Safety and Police, Information Technology, Event and Space Management, Registrar, and external contractors to ensure the center remains a welcoming, accessible, and high-performing environment. The Operations Manager develops and implements short-term and long-range plans, sets department goals and priorities, coordinates assessment and evaluation efforts, and enacts strategies to achieve priorities of the department, division, and university. This individual is a key partner with faculty and administrative leaders across the institution in supporting a highly integrated wellness and well-being university initiatives and priorities to strengthen inclusive excellence, wellness and well-being, leadership and civic engagement, first-year experience, student success, and the residential campus experience.

Assistant Registrar in Elon - Charlotte Campus
Under the general direction of the Vice Dean, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Registrar, manages registration and class scheduling functions and administers the creation and maintenance of permanent academic/administrative records for the Charlotte Flex JD Program. Assures the integrity, security, condition, and access to these documents. Although located in Charlotte, some travel to Greensboro will be required.

Assistant Staff Director, Flex Program (Charlotte) in Elon - Charlotte Campus
Located at Elon University's Charlotte Campus in South End, the Assistant Staff Director will support the Staff Director in managing the Flex Program and the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte campus. This position is responsible for executing events, supporting students, and maintaining the administrative systems that keep the program running. Elon Law's Flex Program is a part-time JD program for working professionals and other place-bound students in Charlotte, NC. This position is on-site at the Elon Charlotte campus Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., when Flex Program students are in class, with flexible Friday hours based on operational needs. The Assistant Staff Director will serve as a primary point of contact for students during evening hours, helping them navigate the program and connecting them with appropriate law school resources and services. This role reports directly to the Staff Director of the Flex Program and will also support the Vice Dean, visiting Greensboro faculty and staff, and Charlotte campus faculty. Other duties as assigned.
