Program Assistant for the Danieley Neighborhood in Elon Main Campus
The Program Assistant is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of a Residence Life neighborhood office, utilizing exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills via phone, email, and individual contact. Responsibilities include but are not limited to staffing the neighborhood office front desk/reception area, managing daily functions of the office, including Facilities Management and work requests, budget coordination for neighborhood purchases, billing for damages and work orders and training and evaluating student workers. This position provides support and assistance to the community director, neighborhood faculty members, student staff and residents.

Assistant Director of Graduate Alumni Engagement in Elon Main Campus
Reporting to the Senior Director of Alumni Engagement, the Assistant Director of Graduate Alumni Engagement will provide strategic leadership and programmatic oversight for engagement initiatives serving Elon’s growing graduate alumni population. As part of Boldly Elon, this position is critical to expanding the scope of alumni engagement to include more than 3,700 graduate alumni across multiple schools and programs. The Assistant Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing segmented, personalized outreach, communications, and engagement opportunities for graduate alumni, while collaborating closely with campus partners to support institutional priorities related to accreditation, enrollment growth, alumni outcomes, philanthropy, and the graduate student experience. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for building a portfolio of a graduate alumni for personal outreach and relationship development in alignment with overall goals. The person in this position is expected to be a key leader within the Alumni Engagement team and play a vital role in helping University Advancement achieve its engagement and fundraising goals.

Assistant Professor of Religious Studies in Elon Main Campus
Use knowledge of and work experience with teaching Theology/Religious Studies-related undergraduate and graduate courses to teach grade and undergraduate courses in religion and religious ethics, and Elon’s Core Curriculum. Work with Religious Studies faculty to continuously improve the curriculum of the Religious Studies major. Conduct academic research in Religious Studies. Mentor students in their degree progress, course plan, and academic research. Participate in the services and activities at department and university levels to support the life and progress of the university including undergraduate research, studying abroad, serving on university and school committees, and advising student organizations. Create a constant stream of scholarly publications and contribute to the life of the university through service.

Director of Health and Well-Being Initiatives in Elon Main Campus
Using knowledge of and experience with: innovative health and wellness initiatives for staff, faculty, undergraduate and graduate students, teaching, research, and leadership in a postsecondary institution as well as with: theory and academic scholarship to design, implement, and evaluate effective programs, services, and interventions; eliciting university-wide buying, readiness for collaboration and consultation with colleagues; executing strategic initiatives; building partnerships; relating effectively with a diverse range of university constituents and stakeholders; generating sole and collaborative academic scholarship for publications and national and international presentations; mentoring student research; working with diverse populations; and strategic planning and assessment: provide sustained and visible campus leadership for holistic health and wellbeing; engage and collaborate with campus faculty and staff to link curricular and co-curricular experiences to the goals of the HealthEU initiative; coordinate with leaders of initiatives in each of the six dimensions of wellbeing described in HealthEU to track and share progress and to develop innovative collaborations that support research and understanding of best practices in advancing well-being; regularly assess and communicate the impact and effectiveness of HealthEU initiatives; coordinate opportunities for faculty scholarship, creative work, and teaching to connect with HealthEU goals; co-chair the university-wide HealthEU Council; assist with planning and development of an engaging, vibrant new campus facility for integrated health and wellness; coordinate activities and operations related to research on collegiate health and wellbeing. co-supervise the Faculty Fellow for Wellness; establish collaborative goals for HealthEU initiatives and provide direct oversight for budgets, priorities, and plans for collaborative strategies that advance those goals; serve as a clearinghouse for resources, education, and collaborative programming related to health and wellbeing Participate in university events, celebrations, and traditions; serve on university, divisional, or departmental committees, task forces, and search committees; other duties as assigned by the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
