Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Assist with daily and strategic marketing and communication efforts for the Center for Innovation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CFI’s Marketing Outreach Coordinator and fellow Marketing Interns to execute marketing strategy across multiple platforms, including but not limited to social media, website, blog, newsletter, email, print materials, etc. - (Essential)
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) with a goal to increase awareness, followers, and overall outreach - (Essential)
- Create graphic design elements using Canva or Adobe InDesign that are on brand and appeal to potential audience - (Essential)
- Monitor and measure social media engagement via Meta Business analytics (Facebook and Instagram) and/or LinkedIn Business Suite analytics and adjust strategies accordingly - (Essential)
- Assist with writing engaging blog posts such as Tenant news, CFI staff announcements, and other information on programming. Develop promotional materials for CFI, partner organizations, or tenant events - (Essential)
- Track marketing-related projects on Monday.com, a project management software - (Essential)
- Build and maintain websites for the CFI - (Essential)

Minimum Requirements
- General Marketing Intern:
Familiarity with marketing and social media platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Marketing Technology Intern:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and trends
Ability and/or willingness to learn how to update the website - Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
