Salary/Position Classification

  • $15.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
  • 10-20 hours per week
  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No
  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Available hours Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00 and Friday from 8:00-2:30. If you can work any of these hours, please apply and come work with us.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary duties to assist the finance department 
  • Assist with data analytic work 
  • Assist with financial research 
  • Assist with IT tasks as necessary 
  • Other duties as assigned - (Essential)

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Must have accepted a Federal Work Study award from the Office of Student Finance
  • Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
  • Transportation to the off-campus location of 1405 1st Avenue N. Grand Forks, ND
