Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
UND Chemistry is seeking a reliable, organized student to work in the department office. Scheduled to work during our regular business day, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet Visitors - (Essential)
- Distribute Mail - (Secondary)
- Copy, scan, and file documents - (Essential)
- Assist office staff with a variety of projects and duties - (Essential)
Required Competencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Can effectively handle many tasks at once.
- Ability to stay organized.
Minimum Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
- Chemistry Majors are not eligible for this position
