Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position.
This position will be a part of a team within the Procurement & Payment Services Department (PPS). The primary functions of this position are assisting with auditing accounts payable payment requests, expense reports and purchase order payments, as well as the verification of campus purchasing card statements to ensure accurate submittal, scanning and indexing documents into the various UND software systems, and other data entry and analysis duties.
Required Competencies
- Ability to work with computer and electronic scanner
- Ability to learn Jaggaer e-Procurement and PeopleSoft Finance
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with campus departments, and full-time PPS staff
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Successful completion of criminal history records check
