Salary/Position Classification

• $15/hour undergrad, $17/hour grad student, hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 5-8 hours per week hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): Yes

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Grade ENGR 201 (Statics) homework using provided solutions from instructor.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate student homework submissions using designated solutions
• Identify and highlight instances of academic integrity violations within homework assignments
• Precisely record homework assessments within Blackboard grade book
• Ensure expedited turnaround for homework evaluation, adhering to a 2-3 day timeline (homework submitted Friday, graded by Sunday)
• Continuation of employment throughout the standard academic term is contingent upon demonstrated proficiency and excellence in performance -

Minimum Requirements

• Junior or senior status within Civil or Mechanical Engineering program at the University of North Dakota
• Must have completed Statics, Dynamics, and Mechanics of Materials with grades of "B" or better
• Demonstrated capability to comprehend and analyze various problem-solving methodologies
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
