Salary/Position Classification

  • $10+ hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
  • 10 hours per week
  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No
  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. The position is working with the UND Aerospace Camp during the two week period of: June 15-20, 2025 & June 22-27, 2025.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for interacting with the Aerospace campers during the Aerospace Summer Camp programs
  • Driving the van
  • Chaperoning camp attendees
  • Escorting campers to various events, on campus and in the community, as well as at the airport

Required Competencies

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to lead and mentor youth
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, with day & night shifts available

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience with Aviation, Aerospace, or Aviation related field
  • Good driving record and driver's license
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
