- $70,000+ annual, dependent upon relevant experience, Exempt
- 40 hours per week
- This position will work onsite the Grand Forks, ND campus.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and Director of Human Resources. Exercise executive decision making in managing and maintaining CEO’s schedule, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee, business, and organizational information.
- Perform tasks in an extremely time-sensitive manner with rapidly changing deadlines and workload, requiring the ability to constantly prioritize projects. Prepare draft copies of letters and presentations for CEO/CFO/Director of Human Resources.
- Provide administrative support to EERC Human Resources in day-to-day operations, performing various duties such as assisting with recruiting, in/out processing, and compliance; running and acting on various reports; updating and maintaining the EERC Organizational Chart and other documents; and other special projects as assigned.
- Supporting the EERC Foundation and Intellectual Property serving as the Foundation Board Secretary and providing administrative support to the Officers of the EERC Foundation (President and CEO, VP for Strategic Partnerships, Treasurer).
- Coordinate hosted meetings, communicating all relevant details to participants. Utilizing exceptional attention to detail to ensure successful completion.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, or 5 years equivalent combination of education and directly related professional experience.
- 5 years of experience providing direct administrative support to executive-level leadership in an administrative assistant or executive assistant role.
- Experience coordinating and managing business travel arrangements as a regular function of the position.
- Experience managing executive schedules and calendars.
- Experience coordinating and facilitating meetings and events of varying scope and complexity, including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience preparing, processing, and managing business-related forms, documentation, and correspondence.
- Experience coordinating board meetings, leadership meetings, and executive-level events.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Submission of both a resume and cover letter is required.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
