Purpose of Position
The Chief of Staff for Operations & Administration works directly under the Student Body President to support the Executive Branch's day-to-day operations. This position helps coordinate meetings, track priorities, and ensure executive initiatives remain organized and on schedule. This is a part-time, non-benefited position.
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive meeting agendas and action items
- Track administration goals, projects, and deadlines
- Assist with scheduling and executive communications
- Maintain project timelines and progress updates
- Provide administrative support to the President
Required Competencies
- Strong organization skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
Minimum Requirements
- Enrolled UND student
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
