Position Summary:

The Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University invites applications for a nine-month tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Management beginning in August 2025 teaching a three-three (3 – 3) load.

The ideal candidate will;

  • Hold a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration or a related discipline from an AACSB accredited institution.
  • ABDs with an expected degree completion date by August 2025 are encouraged to apply.
  • Required qualifications include a record of excellence in teaching with evidence of a student-focused approach; experience with handling projects for organizations within management or related domain; ability to produce peer-reviewed research; and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach several courses in management and related disciplines.

Promotion and Tenure

Effective teaching, scholarship and service are required for promotion and tenure.
