Join our team as a University Clinical Counselor and make a meaningful impact on student success and wellbeing. In this role, you will provide professional mental health counseling services for students navigating academic and personal challenges as well as crisis-related concerns as well as supervision of student trainees. You will have the opportunity to self-select assessment and clinical interventions within an ethical scope of care, and coordinate services with campus and community partners to ensure continuity of support. You will play a critical role in student retention through individualized guidance, crisis response, and intentional follow-up, while collaborating with multiple interdisciplinary teams. This position requires a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution, as well as licensure in New Mexico (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
