New Mexico State University is seeking an innovative and collaborative professional to serve as the Associate Director of Hazing & Interpersonal Violence Prevention within the newly established Aggie Prevention & Well-Being Programs unit. This exciting leadership opportunity allows the successful candidate to play a central role in shaping a comprehensive campus-wide prevention strategy focused on hazing prevention, interpersonal violence prevention, healthy relationships, consent education, and bystander intervention. Reporting to the Director of Prevention & Well-Being Programs, the Associate Director serves as the senior programmatic leader for these initiatives and works collaboratively with Student Life, Athletics, Housing, Student Conduct, the Office of Institutional Equity, fraternity and sorority life, and other campus partners to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and student well-being.
