This position processes and maintains student records and documentation related to admissions, academic milestones, program requirements, final examinations, thesis and dissertation submission, and degree certification. The successful candidate will work closely with students, faculty, and academic departments to interpret requirements, resolve record and processing issues, and ensure accurate and timely completion of Graduate School processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.
