Reporting to the Director of Property, this is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the end-to-end development process, from concept through to completion, and ensuring optimal performance of our diverse property portfolio.

This hands-on role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep experience in development, property management, and growth leadership. You’ll help shape the future of aged care infrastructure across NSW through innovation, excellence, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of strategic development and property growth initiatives.

  • Manage all phases of property development—from feasibility and planning to construction, lease-up, and handover.

  • Optimise the existing property portfolio to meet organisational goals.

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, including acquisitions and partnerships.

  • Oversee property operations, asset performance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple regions.

About You
You are a confident and experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Property, Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or similar.

  • At least 10 years of experience in property development, including 5+ in a senior leadership capacity.

  • Proven success in large-scale project delivery and strategic portfolio growth.

  • Exceptional financial, stakeholder, and team leadership skills.

  • A strong understanding of market trends, property legislation, and commercial acumen.

Desirable:

  • Master's degree or certifications such as MRICS or PMP.

  • Experience in the aged care, healthcare, residential, or community infrastructure sectors.

Additional Information

  • Appointment is subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks.

  • Travel to project sites will be required.

  • Working hours will vary to meet business needs; availability between 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday is essential.
