About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of UPA’s capital works program.
Working closely with the Head of Capital Works, you’ll provide high-level administrative, organisational and coordination support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support across the capital works program
- Coordinate documentation, reporting, compliance and project timelines
- Act as a central point of communication for project stakeholders
- Support progress tracking, milestone management and reporting
- Manage low-value, low-risk and low-complexity capital works projects under guidance
- Maintain and improve project systems, workflows and document control
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction, Trades or a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in project administration, coordination or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and project tools such as Microsoft Project, Aconex, UniPhi or Celoxis
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Desirable
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, retirement living or related sectors such as residential, hospitality or community infrastructure
- Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment
