The opportunity

Our beautiful Oolong Facility in Howlong is looking for Cleaners who want to make a real difference.

This isn’t just about cleaning, it’s about creating a safe, welcoming home for our residents, where they feel comfortable, respected, and cared for every day.

You’ll be part of a supportive team and play an essential role in residents’ wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing

• Keeping resident rooms and shared spaces clean, safe, and inviting
• Bringing warmth and friendliness to every interaction
• Following cleaning schedules and infection control guidelines
• Noticing and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
• Using safe work practices and PPE when required

About you

You’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys helping others feel at ease.

• Experience in cleaning (aged care, healthcare, or commercial) is great, but attitude matters most
• You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and take initiative
• You’re a team player with good communication skills
• You bring kindness, patience, and respect to every interaction
• You’re physically able to keep up with an active role
• You’re flexible with shifts, including weekends
