About the role:
Manage/undertake the renovation, maintenance and repair of FRNSW properties.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in the supervision of building works and contract preparation/administration.
- Good working knowledge of NSW building codes and regulations, Australian Standards, quality assurance procedures and WH&S legislation
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction or equivalent
- Current NSW driver licence
