  • Package up to $120,807 pa. Package includes salary range ($97,027 pa to $107,059 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Office located in Greenacre (minimum 3 days in the office)

About the role:      

As a Project Technical Support Officer, you will facilitate the cyclical swap-out of end-of-life IT equipment as part of the ABW Laptops, Desktops and Equipment Replacement Project.

You will also provide broad-ranging Tier 1/2 Desktop Support to Fire and Rescue NSW users, troubleshooting and resolving issues of simple to moderate complexity arising from project activities, as well as BAU support.

About you:

  • You would have a background in IT support and be proficient with Microsoft Windows
  • Have some experience with service desk software, remote desktop applications, and using diagnostic tools
  • Ability to participate in on-call or other emergency support arrangements as required.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles.

Essential Requirements:

  •  Must have a certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent working experience.
  •  Must have a class C (car) driver’s license.
  •  Must be willing to travel.
