About the role
Reporting to the Director Property Services, you will lead and manage the property and real-estate portfolio of the agency’s capital works program, encompassing acquisitions, divestments, strategic asset-management planning and policy development.
As well as provide high-level specialist advice to the Director and senior management on property and land matters and collaborate with multiple government agencies to deliver whole-of-government outcomes and compliance with strategic mandates.
About you
You have:
- Extensive knowledge of property management including leasing, licences, facility utilisation, building principles & standards and environmental and heritage issues.
- Extensive Knowledge of acquisition and disposals processes.
- Knowledge of asset management processes and procedures You bring:
Essential requirement:
- Tertiary qualifications in a property or related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
