Logistics Support Officer 

  • 2x Temporary Full Time positions - up to 12 months
  • Clerk Grade 3/4
  • Package up to $105,068.75 pa. Package includes salary range ($84,659 pa to $92,701 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

 About the role:      

Deliver logistics and administrative support to operational and training teams by assisting with warehouse operations, inventory control, and resource management at the Emergency Services Academy.

About you:

  • Receive and verify deliveries for accuracy and safe storage.
  • Maintain inventory levels and replenish consumables and uniforms as required.
  • Process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices using business systems.
  • Support warehouse and training operations, including forklift tasks and refilling air cylinders as required.
  • Record and report inventory usage and associated costs.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and hazardous material requirements.
  • Provide administrative support and respond to business unit enquiries

Essential Requirements:

  • Current and valid driver’s licence
  • Forklift licence
