About the role:
Join Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) and provide high‑level executive, administrative and project support to our Operational and Strategic Services Directorate. In this pivotal role, you’ll help keep a fast‑paced, operationally focused environment running smoothly, while contributing to initiatives that support our organisation’s strategic priorities.
About you:
You are an experienced administrative professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can confidently support senior leaders. You bring:
- Strong experience providing executive-level support and managing busy office operations
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to effectively triage and manage competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- The confidence to work independently while juggling multiple tasks
