  • Package up to $124,982 pa. Package includes salary range ($99,938 pa to $110,271 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (Paid on Pro-rata basis)

About the role:      

In this role you will be responsible for the development, design, and production of innovative communication materials for FRNSW across print, digital, and online platforms. The role ensures alignment with brand standards, enhances FRNSW’s visual identity, and supports strategic organisational priorities through creative storytelling.

About you:

  • Purpose driven with a passion for creating visual content that is engaging and elevates brand identity.
  • Strong technical skills in graphic design and photography. Illustration, and/or social media/video content creation skills are also highly desirable but not essential.
  • Experience developing and delivering creative projects across print and digital from brief to execution.
  • Proven experience designing large, complex corporate documents, such as annual reports and executive level presentations.
  • Organised and detail orientated, you’re used to working alongside multiple stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to adapt concepts and content to resonate with different audiences, formats and campaign objectives 
  • Ideally you will live in Sydney or close by to be able to assist with photography support requests.

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Willingness and ability to participate in out-of-hours work as required, including weekends and public holidays, particularly when FRNSW is part of a major incident or emergency response
  • Current drivers licence with the ability to respond to photography support requests
