About the role:      

This role will manage/undertake the renovation, maintenance and repair of FRNSW properties.

About you:

  • You will have demonstrated experience in the supervision of building works and contract preparation/administration 
  • Good working knowledge of NSW building codes and regulations, Australian Standards, quality assurance procedures and WH&S legislation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction or equivalent
  • Current NSW driver licence

NOTE: This role is required to participate in the FRNSW 24 hour stand-by roster system which provides asset management and maintenance response.
