  • Package up to $ 142,492.99pa. Package includes salary range ($113,574 pa to $125,720 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Greenacre - 3 days a week

About the role:      

Facilitate a range of case management, and support activities associated with the implementation of the FRNSW Health Screening Program.

About you:

Demonstrated experience in case management services.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience with managing a high-volume diverse and complex caseload
