  • Package up to $166,549 pa. Package includes salary range ($133,348 pa to $146,945 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Based in Greenacre with work from time to time at other FRNSW locations including Orchard Hills, Olympic Park and Alexandria as well as hybrid working

About the role:      

Working as part of the Capability Program & Policy Team, you will manage and coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of operational programs and policies. You will play a key role in supporting Strategic Capability objectives through research, stakeholder engagement, policy development, project support, and the preparation of high-quality documentation.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Experience in policy development, program management, project coordination, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide practical recommendations.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including experience preparing reports, policies, briefings, and executive-level documentation.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across a diverse organisation.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk management, and project management principles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in related technical and/or management field or equivalent experience
