About the role:
In this role you will manage and support the development and delivery of FRNSW’s strategic planning, reporting and execution of strategic projects and initiatives, by providing expert advice, governance, portfolio, program, project and change management leadership, to deliver strategic outcomes and strengthen organisational capability
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development, monitoring and execution of organisational strategy.
- Managing enterprise strategic reporting, performance monitoring and executive insights.
- Driving delivery of strategic initiatives, reform programs and organisational change.
- Leading and continuously improving FRNSW's portfolio, program, project and change management frameworks.
- Providing expert coaching, advice and facilitation to managers and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Building strong executive and stakeholder relationships to support strategic decision-making.
- Managing resources, budgets and team performance to achieve business outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and technology that enhance project and program delivery maturity.
About You
You are a strategic thinker with a strong track record of leading complex programs in dynamic environments.
You bring:
- Experience in strategy development and execution.
- Extensive program, project and change management expertise.
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience establishing or improving enterprise governance, portfolio management or delivery frameworks.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability, including translating complex information into meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and developing organisational capability.
- The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in management, business, strategy, project management or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
