About the role:      

Reporting into the Manager Talent Acquisition, you will lead the delivery of Fire and Rescue NSW’s talent acquisition operations, coordinating contemporary end-to-end recruitment and onboarding services to meet workforce requirements. You will oversee day-to-day recruitment activities and contribute to the delivery of specialised recruitment programs, providing informed advice and ensuring compliance with approved policies, frameworks and governance requirements. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused recruitment outcomes that support organisational capability and business needs.

About you:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience delivering and improving end-to-end talent acquisition services in complex, high-volume environments, with sound knowledge of NSW public sector legislation, employment policy and recruitment frameworks.
• Experience supporting and embedding service and change initiatives through the effective use of recruitment technologies, ensuring high-quality service delivery and improved workforce and user outcomes. The technologies we use include PageUp, SAP and SharePoint.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent relevant experience) in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
