      In an effort to foster the development of a grant-seeking culture at JMU, the Office of Sponsored Programs-Financial Services (OSP-FS) is searching for a Financial Administrator Senior to perform 'post award' analysis and monitoring functions for sponsored projects, maintaining compliance with university, federal, state regulations in accordance with American Institute of Certified Public Accounts generally accepted accounting polices and procedures. The Financial Administrator Senior will manage sponsored program awards by analyzing/verifying compliance with applicable regulations and ensure project budgets, indirect cost charges, cost-sharing obligations, and university legal liabilities are meeting established guidelines.

SACM is an on-campus marketing team that completes creative projects for departments in JMU’s division of Student Affairs. The Social Media Coordinator provides social media consultation and coordination, offers marketing and communications support, and supervises student employees.       Occupational Therapy Clinical Education Services (OTCES) at James Madison University is accepting applications for part-time OT positions in our pediatric outpatient therapy clinic. OTCES employs part-time Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistants to provide weekly treatment sessions to pediatric clients. As a part-time clinician, your case load will be determined by your availability and client’s schedules. Your schedule may flex from 2 to 29 hours per week, depending on your availability and client availability. These positions are part-time wage positions, with no benefits, and cannot exceed 1,500 hours over the course of a calendar year.

      The JMU Athletic Ticket Office is seeking motivated and reliable student assistants to join our team. As a student assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to patrons in person, over the phone, and via email. Responsibilities include processing ticket sales for both phone and in-person transactions, assisting with game day event operations, and performing end-of-day balancing and reconciliation of cash drawers. You will also stay informed on all policies, events, and schedules to ensure efficient and accurate service. Additional duties include supporting crowd control, ticket sellers, and general operations, as well as facilitating pass gate operations for various admissions and complimentary passes. This position requires availability to work during ticketed events, including most home football games, and the ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately.
