General Information:
The Student Employment Student Assistant will assist the Student Employment Team in day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Student Employment hiring paperwork.
- File hiring paperwork in our electronic filing system, OnBase.
- Assist with Student Employment events, such as the annual Job Fair, Student
Employment Appreciation Week, and Resource Fairs as schedule allows.
- Creating and putting together Student Employment flyers and brochures.
- Processing Background Checks.
- Help maintain Social Media Platforms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Federal Work Study eligible.
- Familiar with computer software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with Facebook social media platform.
- Willingness to learn hiring processes.
- Able to work as a team member and in an individual setting.

Conditions of Employment:
Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
