Job Summary/Basic Functions The Student Support Specialist supports student enrollment and retention initiatives. The position serves as the primary point of contact in providing quality customer experiences for students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders seeking guidance from the Office of the Registrar. This position provide front facing duties, supports the work of the department, daily operations and support through multiple modalities (email, in-person, and phone). This position is also responsible for the records retention schedule, document imaging and preparing, diploma ordering and monitoring orders using eVA for all departments reporting to the Registrar’s Office. |
