Title: Executive Office Manager

Advertised Range:  $55,000-$70,000 - commensurate with experience.

Job Summary/Basic Functions

Manage day-to-day operations of the Office of the President, under the immediate supervision of the Chief of Staff and in close coordination with the President. Ensure that all office functions are carried out with exceptional attention to detail and that very high levels of responsiveness and customer service are achieved. Provide clerical and administrative support for the President and for the Chief of Staff. Oversee administrative and logistical matters for the office. Serve in a resource and public relations role with a wide variety of internal and external constituencies based on an understanding of the academic environment, the interests of the University, and relevant policies and procedures. Coordinate and manage a complex schedule of commitments for the President and Chief of Staff and proactively provide detailed planning and advance materials to support these commitments. Work closely with the Deputy Clerk of the Board/Executive Office Manager in the Office of the President.

Required Experience:

• Experience with office management

• Experience with the proper handling and maintenance of confidential and highly sensitive materials and data (information includes knowledge of compliance of legal requirements-e.g. maintaining documents, process for honor system, subpoenas).

• Working knowledge and experience of college or university organization and administration.

• Experience with website management.

Additional Considerations:

KSAs
• Familiarity with State agency organization and administration policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with the state-required procurement system (eVA).

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree

Experience
Previous experience with the Banner enterprise system.
