Job Summary/Basic Functions The Associate Director of Admissions Operations reports to and assists the Director of Admissions Operations with primary responsibility of the university’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, Slate. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity and functionality of the CRM as it relates to the full application lifecycle—from initial submission through reader review and final admission decision. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of data within the system and supervises the team responsible for processing application materials. The Associate Director also collaborates closely with the CRM management team, application reviewers, and institutional partners who rely on admissions data to support enrollment efforts. A key focus of the position is to enhance Slate CRM to streamline processes and gain efficiencies, continuously evaluating workflows, automating manual tasks, and implementing innovative solutions that improve the applicant and staff experience. |
