Position Summary The University of Southern Indiana is accepting applications for Director of the Career Success Center. Under the supervision of the Provost, the Director of Career Success Center leads a future-focused, student-centered office that prepares students and graduates for lifelong career success. This role champions equity-minded, holistic career development and cultivates strong partnerships with faculty, staff, employers, alumni, and community organizations. The Director ensures career readiness is integrated into the broader student learning experience and plays a pivotal role in student retention and post-graduation success. |
