Department Summary The Office of Institutional Integrity and Awareness (formerly known as the Office of Institutional Compliance and Integrity) creates an integrity-based approach that combines compliance with an emphasis on responsibility for ethical behavior. This includes making values-driven choices that are rooted in the HSC Values and Code of Culture. The office has oversight and management of HSC’s Compliance Program, which includes policies, clinical compliance, compliance education and training, privacy, investigations, Integrity Framework, conflict of interest, and Code of Culture. |
Position Overview The Compliance Operation Specialist within the OIIA is responsible for overseeing the policy life cycle process from start to finish and maintaining the case management system for compliance investigations under the direction of the Director of Compliance Operations. Their role is to promote understanding and awareness of the HSC Trust Line and support the development of HSC Policies and Procedures. |
