Department Summary

Transportation Services is an industry leader responsible for creating a campus wide transportation
system which is responsive to customer needs, self-sustaining, efficient, and equitable in the
management of university resources. Transportation Services supports the university’s mission by
maximizing campus access through environmentally sustainable practices, superior customer service,
innovation, and professional management of transportation resources and facilities.

Position Overview

The position is responsible for support the Transportation Services Department, for data compilation and migration between software systems. screening, validation, and analysis using the Parking Services T2 Flex systems or others

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Experience with T2 Flex system.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong mathematical, technical, and analytical abilities. Working knowledge of relational databases
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, and related programing languages. Ability to quickly assimilate how data sets impact related systems and functions.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in related field.

Required License/Registration/Certifications

None

Job Duties:

  • Extracting data, cleaning data and databases, creating reports and queries and analyzing usage patterns (daily).
  • Ensuring data integrity and maintaining security (daily). Updating and optimizing the T2 Flex database for performance and data quality. 
  • Ensuring data is clean and ready for migration to other software systems 

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work required. 19 hours/week.
