Department Summary The UNT Kristin Farmer Autism Center (KFAC) provides clinical services to support learning, development, community participation, and quality of life of individuals on the autism spectrum. KFAC offers programming for early childhood as well as middle childhood/adolescence. In addition, KFAC offers specialized programming for children with challenging behaviors that interfere with access to age-appropriate activities. |
Position Overview This position is responsible for directing all aspects of training and related operations at the UNT Kristin Farmer Autism Center (KFAC). The person in this position will develop policies and procedures for training all levels of KFAC clinical staff, UNT and external undergraduate and graduate students, KFAC caregivers, and other members of the community, including professional service providers. The position will provide inputs for the development of the KFAC Strategic Plan and oversee budget allocations for the KFAC’s core training mission. |
Minimum Qualifications Master’s Degree in a related field and four years of professional related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. |
